Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
We endeavour to dispatch all items within 24 hours of the order being received, during busy periods it may take up to 48 hours. For special next day delivery the order must be received by 1pm to ensure it is dispatched the same day. All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail as signed for recorded delivery.
These prices are delivery of 1 abaya. Shipping price may change when more items are added and the price will update when checking out.
NB: Working days do not include Saturday & Sunday
Once the order is shipped, Royal Mail is responsible for delivering the item to you and we cannot control their delivery time.
Please note the same applies to customs delays with international deliveries – we cannot control your country’s customs and how long they take to release your item.
Royal Mail will only deliver to the address specified and will not leave the item with a neighbour. If no one is at home to accept the item then Royal Mail will leave a card advising that an attempted delivery was made and provide details for re-arranging delivery for another day.
Once the item has been shipped you will receive a tracking number.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the correct address is entered on the order. Abaya Buth will take no responsibility if an incorrect address has been entered and the buyer does not receive the item.
How Do I Place My order?
1. Choose the section (Abayas, Dresses, Hijabs, etc) and view the products you are interested in to see every detail, available sizes, description and price.
2. Select an item of clothing and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
3. If you would like to process your order you can do so by either registering or checking-out as a guest.
4. Choose your delivery method.
5. Select a payment method: Debit/Credit, PayPal, Gift Card...
6. Confirm the order.
7. You will receive an email confirming your order.
My shipping address is incorrect what do I do?
Do not worry, providing we have not yet dispatched your order we can change the address for you. Please contact customer service with your order number and the correct shipping address.
Are out-of-stock items restocked?
If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.
How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service
